Since 2019, it's been our mission to provide accessible, fun, supportive and engaging personal training, bringing the Gym to your home, parks and classes around Hawke's bay, and now, across New Zealand. Knowledge and consistency is key along with the right mindset and having the support behind you helps you push further than you thought possible.
We're accredited trainers, with experience working in gyms, and with a diverse array of people. We can help make any place a place to work towards your fitness goals. And with our nutritional/mindset coaching we're able to give you the extra edge in getting where you want to be.
Our approach is to help teach you skills that will last you a lifetime. We work on building habits which will make sustaining your results easier. Overloading yourself with too much change at once its a recipe for disaster, especially if you have other things going on in your life. That is why we promote gradual changes, we program to suit your abilities and goals & guide you along the way with nutritional assistance.
We recommend two sessions per week with us, as this will help you create a lasting habit.

I have achieved a certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, level 1 strength & conditioning, Punch fit qualification (Boxfit), Nutrition & coaching through precision nutrition, and am always striving to improve my skills.
