1. so I use to get alot of pain in my Lower back. the brace was such a good simple but routine that's going to help heaps! 2. bar location before lifting you can see when I put the bar down I get in a habit to push the bar forward. need to get in a routine to bring it back to center of foot. 3. needing to lower the bat with my gluets before bending my knees which is causing me to put the bar down further away from the body.

U keep yr breath throught the exercise ..... 2/ my perception of having effectively having a flat back & reality is clearly different, as still rounding back somehow ... 3/ possibly tight hip flexors, why it feels so difficult to get into start stance ?? Enjoyed it !!

Our approach is to help teach you skills that will last you a lifetime. We work on building habits which will make sustaining your results easier. Overloading yourself with too much change at once its a recipe for disaster, especially if you have other things going on in your life. That is why we promote gradual changes, we program to suit your abilities and goals & guide you along the way with nutritional assitance.

We recommend two sessions per week with us, as this will help you create a lasting habit.

Private session clients enjoy the full attention of our trainer, and being in person in a familiar environment really helps clients get the most of out their sessions!

Sessions & programs will be designed to suit you both. Working out with someone adds some fun competition, accountability and support.

While you can pay as you go for individual pair sessions, adding a friend to your plan means they get app access, tracking too!
