What are check–ins and why are they important?

Check-ins are a weekly form that clients use review their week, often when someone has a “bad” week they don’t check–in as they feel as though they haven’t been on track so "there is no point".

In fact these are the weeks you will get the most out of your coaching and where you will learn. This will also help to navigate through through an all or nothing mindset and the need to be perfect.

The more these questions are answered the more you start to ask them to yourself throughout the week and long term. If you are able to point out the bright spots of the week and the areas you need to improve on you will see your progress and you will also start to become more honest with yourself.

Though this can be tough, this can help you reach your goal faster!

So don’t skip check ins if you have had a “bad” week!
