8 Week Challenges

Challenges are 8 week programs that are a combination of individual goal setting and teamwork.

They originally started as a solo project, but have grown to involve multiple trainers, and even prizes!

These are a great way to get to know people in the area, try something new and surprise yourself!

The Next Challenge

Our next 8 week challenge starts the 24th of June, we have two different categories to choose from so everyone has the chance to enter!!
Whether your goal is to drop body fat or build strength/muscle this 8 week challenge is for you!!
