Jody has been with Lauren since August, she first came wanting to build back in consistency with her strength and overall fitness.

She set the goal of having a consistent 2 session's per week to make it achievable and less overwhelming on her already hectic work and life. When Jody first started she was unable to hold a high plank for longer than 2 seconds. She was unable to hold herself up and her core strength was not what it had used to be.

Fast forward to now we are able to do 3 set's of 40s!! With also increasing strength in her dumbbell chest press to 12kgs!

Jody experience's some tension headaches and had knee pain in certain movements, Lauren adapted and addressed weak area's within her program to help her move better and get stronger. Lauren gave her mobility exercises that she can implement at night to help lessen the tension headaches which Jody had noticed a massive difference with and also worked through slow progression's in strength exercises to load the knee.

When Jody come's into the session's she has this infectious positive vibe about her that always makes the session's fun! We are so proud of how far Jody has come her willingness to ask question's and let Lauren know when she is experiencing an injury/needing adaptations which helps them progress forward at a pace and ability that works for Jody!

Next years goal Jody wants to work on doing 3 session's a week!
