I am beyond proud of my client Samantha, we have been working together for the past 3 months to help improve her relationship with food and mindset from all or nothing to more flexible.
Samantha’s goal is a fat-loss goal as well as improving her relationship with food.In order to improve her relationship with food we first 8-10 weeks didn’t focus on fat-loss. Instead we focused on her habits/behaviours/thoughts around food and exercise
Usually Samantha would give up and throw in the towel but she has kept going and now finds daily movement a part of her routine.
By changing the way she views food and exercise will help her create long term results. We have worked on self-compassion, being reflective instead of destructive, being kinder to herself, learning more about nutrition
It is a hard process to go through but I am very proud of the changes she has made
