Do you find that you constantly have annyoing knee pain when you get that little bit further in your running? Or you just feel all the load in one knee? This can feel super frustrating and stop you from progressing with your lifts or your running.

Now there is multiple reasons as to why this can occur: Form, Previous injury, overuse, weakenss, overload.

But to decrease to overwhelm and confusion the first place i would get you to start is the ankle. There is a simple test you can do it is can help you identify ankle restriction which can cause load onto the knee joint
