Samantha came to me 3 years ago to work on building strength and confidence within the gym. She struggled with slight shoulder pain which limited her ability to push some movements in her upper body.

‍

After a few months of working together through online coaching we managed to get her stronger in her upper body and now she has no shoulder pain, Sumo deadlifted her first 100kg, was able to do push ups, built muscle and improved her overall strength.

‍

One thing that has stood out for me with Samantha is that she took the time to really heal her relationship with food and herself prior to starting. This is where alot of people go wrong. They feel they need the next quick fix to finally feel happy and confident with where they are at. But this is far from the truth it is about creating calm consistent results that benifits you long term. This will look different for everyone. Watching Sams progress has shown what a difference this can make.

I am beyond proud of the changes and growth that Samantha has made throughout our time together and constantly feel honoured to help her continue down this path as well as educate to help her be able to do this on her own long term.

Samantha constantly adapts and allows for flexibility within her routine as she always knows she will come back to it when she needs to, say for example if she gets burnt out from lifes demands sometimes decreasing session's, not pushing as hard or even taking a week off has helped her replenesh and get back into the groove. Or where there are times where she has little not no energy within the gym instead of beating herself up thinking she is failing. She understands that sometimes it is about keeping the routine, showing up and going through the motions.
